Reviews and Ratings
Despite a few drawbacks like people drinking alcohol and smoking drugs on the premises and the hot water not working, the rooms were very spacious, pricing was considered high for items like drinks, but overall it provides a decent enough stay.
The hotel is centrally located, right opposite Al Fateh Mall at Hussain Chowk, with easy access to shopping areas and dining spots. The rooms were not as impressive as advertised, and the food quality was subpar with expensive pricing. However, the service was inconsistent with reminders missed and unauthorized room entries, though it eventually offered a homely feel. The location is a standout feature, but the dining options were limited and overpriced.
The hotel's rooms were not as described, with a shaky bed and constant noise from the washroom, making it unsuitable for families with children. However, the reception staff, Shakeel and Khurram, were helpful and cooperative. The location was convenient for shopping and eating out, but cleanliness needed improvement. The dining experience was disappointing, not matching the prices charged.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were lacking windows, and there were disturbances from guests drinking and smoking illicit substances. The hot water was also not functioning properly. On the positive side, the reception staff, especially Shakeel and Khurram, were helpful and accommodating. However, there were attempts to overcharge us when checking in, and I was disappointed by the charges for basic items like water and drinks.
I was disappointed with the room experience, considering I paid a high price for the Presidential suite but found it below expectations. The breakfast was very poor, lacking essential items like cheese. However, the location was convenient, being in the heart of the city near shopping areas. The staff's behavior varied, with some being nice while others were quite rude.
